Not only was he able to find a home that is located in the right neighborhood with the right qualifications at the right price, but was able to do so in an expedient manner. His experience with flipping homes, construction practices, contract knowledge, and network of related professionals proved to be indispensable assets. My only regret is that I did not happen upon his services sooner.
